Wuyou Watermark (hereinafter referred to as "the App") understands your emphasis on privacy protection. We ensure the security of your photos and data from the technical architecture level:

• Forced Offline Design: The App must be used with network disconnected to use watermark function, eliminating data upload risk from the source.
• Local Processing: All photo processing is completed locally on your device, not through any server.
• Zero Data Collection: We do not deploy servers, do not use cloud services, do not integrate any third-party analytics SDK.
• Open Source Transparency: Core privacy protection mechanisms can be verified through code review.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

To protect your privacy, the App explicitly does not collect any of the following information:

• ❌ Your personal identification information (name, phone, email, etc.)
• ❌ Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, device ID, etc.)
• ❌ Geolocation information
• ❌ Usage behavior data (operation records, feature usage frequency, etc.)

The App only requests the following necessary system permissions, and these permissions are used locally and do not involve network transmission:

• Local Storage: App settings (such as watermark text, color preferences, etc.) are only stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults mechanism.
• Photo Security: Original photos and processed photos are stored in the iOS system album, protected by iOS sandbox mechanism.
• No Cloud Sync: Does not use iCloud or any other cloud service to sync data.
• Delete Data: After uninstalling the app, all app data will be automatically deleted from the device (photos remain in your album).

The App does not use any third-party services, including but not limited to:

• ❌ No analytics SDK integration (no user behavior analysis)
• ❌ No crash reporting SDK integration (no error log collection)
• ❌ No social sharing SDK integration (no social media integration)
• ❌ No payment SDK integration (one-time purchase, no in-app purchase system)

All features are implemented using native iOS frameworks (SwiftUI, Core Graphics, PhotoKit).

6. Children's Privacy Protection

The App is suitable for users of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information, there is no privacy risk for specific age groups. Parents and guardians can safely let children use the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be published on this page and marked with the last update date. Significant changes will be notified through in-app notifications.

Since the App does not collect any data, Privacy Policy updates mainly involve improvements to the explanation text and will not change the core commitment of "zero data collection".
